- Ring binding
- Ring binding is when loose printed pages is secured with rings, from one ring only to many. It can be bound as a soft or hard-covered book. The rings secure the pages through holes punched in the pages.
Two ring or three ring binders are quite common but ring binders can have any number of rings. Ring binders (lever arch files) are available in a variety of colours and sizes.
- Wire binding
- Plastic comb binding is not as robust as wire binding. Some examples of wire binding below.
